2. Products & Orders

Robin May-Davis Photography specializes in fine art nature/cityscape photography prints and related physical artwork.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to:

• Limit quantities purchased

• Correct pricing or typographical errors

Because prints are often produced to order, slight variations in color, tone, and crop may occur due to printing processes and monitor differences. These variations are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be received in full prior to production and shipment. Applicable sales tax will be collected where required by law.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon confirmed delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Robin May-Davis Photography shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Purchase or use of products

• Inability to access the website

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy

Cancellation

Prints are ordered generally within 24-48 hours of the purchase, so cancellations cannot be made once the process is in motion.  Please contact me immediately and if printing has not started, I will work with you to cancel the order.  

Damaged and Defective Prints

Robin May-Davis photography takes the quality of my prints seriously so you can love your purchase.  If your print arrives damaged or you notice a defect in the quality of the print, please contact me through the website within 7 days of the order's arrival.   Please include your order number, description issue and pictures of the defect/damage so I can make note and make it right.  Refunds will be issued once documentation is received and may take a few business days.  

General Returns

Since my prints are made to order, I cannot take returns other than for damaged or defective products, so please be sure you are ordering the correct size and image.
